Hokkaido Trip Day 5

-1.4°C in the morning

I don’t know what is the name of these birds, but they can only be found in Hokkaido

Lunch time!

Buffet BBQ my favourite!

took as much as desserts i could

visited a wine factory

it had been quite a boring day until we checked in the Ski Resort

Reached the Ski Resort in the evening. I was so envious seeing ppl (even 5 yrs old kids) holding the skiing equiment and goin for a ski i also want!! But we have no time and not in our budget for that. Skiing is definitely a high cost sport. 1st, u gotta rent for the equiment, then u have to pay for a coach to teach u how to ski, charges for every 2 hrs (forgot about the price but its really darn exp), but they don’t guarantee u will know how to ski after the 1st few lessons, and u have to learn untill u know how to ski then only can u go up to the top of the hill to ski. Else, u have to keep paying for the coaching.

But it looks fun, doesn’t it? And I promised to myself, the next time i go to Hokkaido i must come back here to the ski resort and go for skiing!

we took the shuttle bus to Ice Village before dinner

It was really amazing! and i miss the place so much. Hokkaido is still snowing now and when i see the pictures again i feel like flyin thr now!

watch this video :D

This is when i 1st entered to the Ice Village, it’s just about 5 minutes ride from Ski Resort

There were a lot of ice sculptures and igloos in Ice Village. Some were restaurants and bars, and some were like display houses where everything was made of ice.

this is a restaurant in an igloo

bathtub! so cold can u bath thr ?

we got free fireworks! and that was my 1st time playing it i swear. I’m scared of fire so i dare not play fireworks since i was a kid *blush blush* but i dare to play that day because i was wearing such a thick jacket and i had gloves covering my hands. So, i don’t need to be afraid of getting myself burnt LOL

and there was a slide. so fun and yet so scary because it was so slipery!

I love this shot so much, it’s so beautiful

there was a big pool with artificial waves inside the building

an ice tunnel, with very beautiful the lightings

inside the shuttle bus, goin back to hotel for dinner

candid <3

while waiting in the lobby

as usual, i ate a lot a lot a lot

a very cute decoration in the hotel lobby
