Ok as i mentioned in my previous photo blog post i’m gonna blog about this sickening and horrible dessert house in SS2

yes the shop name is as sickening as the shop indeed!

We were really really so pissed off about this terrible shop, their food, misleading menu and the fucking service provided.

I ordered a mango dessert fucking called 杨枝甘露 and Nicole, my friend ordered 花生糊汤圆

when my dessert was served to me, i looked at it and my face was like –.– okay it looked so damn uninviting

it has pamelo, sago and of course mango

but seriously, where are the sago’s?! i swear i didnt photoshop this picture except putting text in! The sago was like super uber little until u couldn’t find it! and the pamelo, i didnt know what was wrong with it. It was like dried. When i gave it a bite, it didn’t feel like eating pamelo, and i had to spit something out everytime. i’m very sure that’s not the seed.

As u can see from the picture, u can hardly find any mango here.  This shows that the mango slices are really very little wtf! Why am i paying for a bowl of freaking-fake-so-called “mango” dessert??!

As I was really very disappointed with the food, plus i have to keep spitting out the whatever-it-was, i was already a lil bit not happy.

After finishing our unsatisfied desserts, we walked to the counter and wanted to pay, the casher said the total bill was rm19.80

what the fuck?! rm19.80 for both such lousy desserts are u serious?!

Yes indeed.

But wait! my fucking 杨枝甘露 is just rm6 and Nicole’s is just rm4, how can it be so expensive?!

Then the cashier told me that mine is rm11, the big one! which means Nicole’s one is also the big one  WTF ! when did we order a big 1 u retard ah?!

Then i was so pissed and i said, the big 1 is already so damn small, then what about the small one? must be very very tiny lor..how to eat?!!

then she went,”Ya ya this is standard size” wtf!

We insisted we never order the big one but the standard size! Then she said no~ it’ll surely be the big one if u didnt specify that u want a small one wtf! What kind of assumption is this?! u try to check at any restaurant around, if u didnt mention that u want the small size, will they serve u the big sized one?? didnt say that u want small = u want a big 1 meh ?! Retard ! and the fucking waitress also never ask!

Then Nicole argued with her for a while and the person in charge came to talk to us

and this guy was even worst!

Okay let’s look at their menu, I couldn’t manage to take pictures of it so i drafted 1, according to their actual menu layout. So we pretend that the below one is their menu okay. Just PRETENDING ~

So this is 杨枝甘露, and nothing else was stated, no big, no small or standard or shittttts, nothing…

look at the prices and the red circles, most of us would think that, okay rm11 is big and rm6 is small relatively the size of the circles as they never mention anything, right?

So we told the guy that this obviously shows one big and one small, and we didnt say that we want a big one so we wouldn’t want to pay for this money. And guess what he said.

This retarded-idiotic-human-being-in-charge said that, “Oh OBVIOUSLY, the big circle is STANDARD SIZE lor and the small circle is small one.” WTF ?! U freaking retard?!

BIG = STANDARD?!

if ur big really = standard then u must state in the menu and let ur customers know because this is ur own thinking u retard and nobody knows wtf!

in addition he said, “This is standard one, no big one! the small one is only ah ~ for some ppl ah ~ they ate too much and they wanna try other dessert but they scare cannot finish so they order small one, so normally ppl order we give standard(big) one.”

Oh wtf so this is why u create a small portion la?! ONLY for ppl who had already eaten a lot and wanna TRY ONLY la?! what a fucking retard this is funny :D

Nicole argued with him for like 10 minutes and he still never think that it was their fault:

1. Their fucking misleading menu.
2. Their staff who served us and never ask or tell us the big circle indicates their so called standard so we could order small one if we want to.
3. He could just apologize to his customer, us, for their carelessness and explain to us properly. But he didn’t, and he sounded like fighting and assumed that all was our fault because we are retards we dont even know big circle = standard.

WTF.

Two girls couldn’t win a guy, so we gave up talking to this retard and asked for his name card. Guess what he replied?

” Oh no we DON’T HAVE name card one I’m the person in charge here. what’s matter now?! just say lah! “

Nicole said no and we just want the name card and he repeated the sentence again.

wtf right?! name card also refused to give, i don’t believe that he doesn’t even have a name card!

so we couldn’t do anything, just paid the fucking RM19.80 and left that bullshit place.

so pissed off u know! paid rm11 for such a low quality + small portion lousy dessert! Moreover, their shop was effin noisy! we were like eating dessert in a night market i swear! I would prefer to spend RM11 or more at Honeymoon @ Sunway Pyramid where i can get 2 desserts that i would DEFINITELY enjoy MORE! I absolutely love their desserts. They have loads loads of choices where u won’t get bored of eating their different kinds of desserts everyday! And the portion they serve is BIG for their standard size! I had desserts there quite a lot of times and i can’t finish them everytime!The sago, the pearl, the fruits… are a lot! un like the 甜品哥哥 at all, so damn stingy, eh sago very cheap only okay!

totally in contrast with the those in 甜品哥哥! lost my appetite just watching their desserts

If they still remain to have this kind of idiotic atitute to customer, serve food of this kind of quality and the price is so expensive, i wonder when will they close the shop. Googled about it, the ss2 one is a franchise of the main shop in Kepong. I never tried kepong one so i didnt know about the food quality and the service over there. But i guess it must be better than the SS2 one as they are able to open a 2nd shop.

In conclusion, if u have the intention of giving it a try at 甜品哥哥 @ SS2, my very sincerest advice to u is, get that off your mind and give SnowFlake @ SS15 or Honeymoon @ Sunway Pyramid a try! (if u havn’t)
