Our date♥
Saturday
I was so excited because Loo loo is goin to bring me to an awesome place for dinner
so here it is
Basil Leaf, an eastern food restaurant, which is located at Jalan Damai (10 mins from KLCC), nearby Raffles Institute.
It was not our 1st visit though. Loo loo brought me here for valentine’s dinner few months ago and i missed this place so much.
We were driving along Jalan Tun Razak, around KLCC, with loads of high rising buildings. But as we made a turning at a junction into a housing area, I saw a lot restaurants which are actually transformed from residential bungalows. When i stepped into the restaurant, I was fascinated by its cozy setting and serene atmosphere. I never thought that Loo loo would bring me to a dining place like this. I was so surprised, overjoyed and exciting at the same time.
The entrance
the walkway flanked with bamboo
it leads us into a comfortable village-like patio which took my heart away =D
we saw fireworks after we took a seat at the open dining area
the table decor is simple yet classy
Fizzy menthe, the mocktail that was recommended by the staff
nice one♥
the open dining area has been decorated to quietly generate the ambience you want for your mood, with a little bit of taste of romance.
here are our main courses
Tom Yam chicken
Baby kailan Salted Fish
Chicken Lemongrass
my all time favourite !
Salmon Fillet Red Curry Sauce♥
uhh we managed to finish all the food !
=D
then we walked around in the restaurant and took some pictures
what a nice and cozy interior,
decorated with loads of artistic items that enhance strong eastern atmosphere
couldn’t spent too much of time taking pictures thr because we were late according to our plan.
we were planning to hit MOF Pavilion for dessert after meal.
Tee heee =D
so it’s MOF
